A total of 220 products were awarded 2 stars and this is the first time that two breads in the bake-off category have won such a prestigious star rating.

The winning products are the Fougasse and Ciabatta with feta and olives. The Ciabatta with feta and olives, new to the Mantinga range, is a delicious soft crumbed bread filled with feta and juicy black olives and topped with rock salt and herbs. The ciabatta is perfect as a tear and share bread or to accompany a classic plate of Italian antipasti. The Fougasse is from Mantinga's gourmet range and is a French flatbread peppered with smoked ham and walnuts throughout the dough. Popular as a tear and share bread it is also perfect for dipping in a traditional cheese fondue.
