Mantinga Bakery Coffee Bar concession launched

Mantinga, the specialist bread company, has successfully launched its first branded bakery coffee bar concession at Over Farm Market, Gloucester which has been established as a farm shop for over 20 years.  The bakery is located within the farm shop but will be staffed by 2 members of the Mantinga team.  Customers are able to find a huge range of breads, patisseries and pies at affordable prices which will be freshly baked in store every day.  In addition they will also offer a take away service offering fairtrade coffees and teas so customers can grab a tasty snack and drink too.

 

Rob Keene, owner of Over Farm Market commented, “We are so pleased to have Mantinga onboard.  It’s great to have two local businesses working together and to be able to offer our customers something unique.  Having a bakery concession compliments our existing range of produce, deli and butchers counters and will enable our customers to do their weekly shop here rather than having to visit a supermarket too.”

It will also allow us to see which products sell well, receive feedback from the customers at first hand and so we can adapt our listings to suit the market.”
