Headed up by our founder and MD Steven Mackintosh, the Mantinga team share a passion for quality, value and great service. So whether we’re hard at work sampling pastries (someone’s got to do it!), or picking orders at -20ºC in our temperature-controlled distribution centres, our customers’ needs are at the heart of everything we do.

We understand that in the 21st century innovation, initiative and flexibility will win the day – and we work hard to develop these qualities across our team. We also know that the best ideas come through creative decision-making at all levels, not management direction, and to this end our vision is to become a company run and owned by its employees.
